Four brokerage roles.
Agent, team lead, office administrator, and broker or owner each carry a different level of management authority.
FOR BROKERAGES
Seam is built for a brokerage rollout, not just a single desk: set up every office, invite the whole roster with the right role and access, and see the team in one shared view. Brokerage plans are priced per agent with a 5-agent minimum, so cost tracks headcount instead of seats you bought and never filled.
01 / ROLLOUT
Create offices under the names the brokerage already uses, then invite agents with the office, role, and feature access already chosen so the first sign-in opens to the right work. A bulk invitation option handles a larger rollout, reviewed row by row instead of sent blind.
02 / ROSTER MANAGEMENT
The brokerage role controls management authority, and feature access controls which normal work areas a person can open. Reviewing both keeps access matched to the job, not just the title.
Agent, team lead, office administrator, and broker or owner each carry a different level of management authority.
Grant every normal workspace feature the role allows, or check only the features a specific person's job needs.
Stop sign-in for a temporary leave, move clients and tasks to a named receiving owner, then remove or archive without losing history.
Every role, access, and ownership change stays visible in the record, so nothing changes without an audit trail.
Reassign a person to a different office without rebuilding their role, access, or client history from scratch.
03 / SHARED REPORTING
One overview shows active people, work counts, current offices, and usage across the brokerage. Treat it as an operating signal rather than a finished performance review: check the work behind a count, a blocked item, or a stage before drawing a conclusion about a person or an office.
04 / CROSS-ACCOUNT ROLLUP
Some brokerages operate as more than one customer account — separate offices linked under one ownership group rather than a single account with multiple offices. For that shape, the Rollup view combines the roster, pipeline, and performance of every linked account into one screen, so a manager isn't switching between logins to see the whole brokerage. Linking accounts together in the first place is handled by Seam, not self-service.
05 / PRICING AT VOLUME
Brokerage plans are seat-priced by agent with a 5-agent minimum, so the bill tracks headcount instead of a fixed seat count. Both brokerage plans are self-serve up to 50 agents; a larger rollout is a conversation, not a self-serve wall.
